Who we are

This website is run by PW Tech, the maker of TilesBooks, in India. Contact for anything in this notice, including grievances: parbat@pwtech.pw.

No cookies, no trackers

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools, and loads no fonts, scripts or images from other companies. That is why there is no cookie banner.

Server logs

Like every web server, ours records each request: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type and the page you came from. We use these logs only to keep the site running and secure (for example to block attacks). They are not combined with other data and are deleted by the server's log rotation after about ten days.

When you ask for a trial or a demo

The request form does not send anything to this website. When you press Send on WhatsApp or Send by e-mail, your browser opens WhatsApp or your own e-mail app with the details you typed. You choose whether to send that message. If you send it, we receive it like any other message and use it only to reply, arrange the trial or demo, and send you a quotation. WhatsApp messages are also handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms.

We keep these conversations while we are in contact and for up to two years afterwards unless you ask us to delete them sooner. We do not sell or rent your details and do not add you to marketing lists without asking.

Your rights (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023)

• Ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
• Ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it.
• Withdraw consent for any further contact.
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights in case of death or incapacity.
• Raise a grievance with us first; if unresolved, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Write to parbat@pwtech.pw; we reply within 30 days.
